[She's home from the hospital and with time that allows her to backread the journal, which she hasn't done in a while. From her temporary room on the first floor of the house while she heals up a little more. So she sees that Ella is back, and she realizes she doesn't know very many other people. Helena is added even though she knows Seven probably already told her. On separate locks, but the same words.]

The baby is here. A little over a week now. It happened early but everything's fine now.

Honey, bodies don't work like the plastic models they use in birthing classes. It doesn't mean messing up exactly. I tell you I got so woozy on the pain meds, I tossed my lunch on the nurse's shoes when they brought Elizabeth over? Your body cooked Sawyer right, the doctors did their thing. She's okay, right? What about you, they say how long it'll take to heal up? Caesarean, right?

I'm glad. Give a man a daughter, get a pretty necklace. It should be law.

So when I was done with the sweaty, exhausted, 'I can't believe I just did that, I'm never doing it again' part. They offered someone to talk to. Mostly because I was new, and my husband wasn't [...] there. And sometimes it's nice just to talk to someone who knows what's real normal and what's not, you know? Working out how this all works for you.

You sound a little shaken up, honey. Maybe talking to someone there, just sussing out how it'll work on out from here is a good idea.

	Yeah, there were a lot of nurses. I was sleeping a lot. And Seven was there just about the whole time, so I know they talked to him a lot when I was asleep. And when I woke up they told me everything was fine. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	And that's good. But tired is physical. You went through something that wasn't how you thought it would be, and it's easy to get shaken, honey. And you can get blue, easy, when you're pregnant or right after. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
