8:33a	Lost in Hogsmeade MODS • RPG • OOC Premise Available Rules Apply Character Directory Player Directory Friending Button Credit All through time, people are living their lives as normally as possible considering their current conditions, whether it be war or peace in their respective times. They are blissfully unaware of what will come of their futures--or what might not come to pass. The year is 2010 and people are arriving in an unfamiliar Hogsmeade. The town looks familiar enough for some former Hogwarts students to identify, but for others it has changed drastically and for some it's a pale comparison of what it is to be. These people are arriving from all eras, starting with the beginning of Hogwarts. People are likely to meet their future children and possibly even grandchildren. People are likely to find out what they didn't want to know about their futures. Then there's the obvious question of how they arrived here. Who caused it and what is their purpose? The Ministry of Magic is working diligently to find out why these people are here and how to send them back to their own times, but can this be accomplished before time itself is changed? TO BE OR NOT TO BE GAME MOD JOURNAL WATCHERS Premise Characters Rules Application Wanted Player-Modding Most Wanted *Hermione Granger *George Weasley *Seamus Finnigan *Penelope Clearwater *Blaise Zabini To Be or Not to Be is a Deathly Hallows compliant Harry Potter RPG that picks up right where the books left off (pre-epilogue). During the summer months, characters can help with the rebuilding of Hogwarts and generally get their lives back together. Come September, 7th and "8th" year students will return to Hogwarts but be housed off-grounds in Hogsmeade for maximum interaction potential. Several NEWTs options are available for 8th years. We are 75% player modded, so we review applications, make plot decisions, brainstorm, and generally run the game as a group. 6:38p	The Alley: A HP Next-Gen RPG July 1st, 2030 Draco shot the other man an amused glance. Trust Potter to always state the obvious. Bloody Gryffindor. They might have been colleagues in this, the first and only attempt at reclaiming the Wizarding World as it should be, but they were still Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter and they weren't friends. "On my mark then." Draco held his wand out, touched almost tip to tip with Potter's, and together they chanted the spell. Blue and white tendrils shot out, twined together and then slithered over the room, curling around the magical servers, disappearing inside. There was no loud noise, no flashes or sparks. Just darkness, as the servers failed and the lights went out. alleyrpg is a well plotted game that centers on the lives of the Next Generation. A more detailed plot outline can be found here. We are looking for creative, active players who enjoy threading and journaling with their characters. WIZARDING BRITAIN JULY 2030 For almost thirty years, the Wizarding World has existed in peace and prosperity. Technological advances have made it possible for wizards to experience novelties previously availble only to Muggles: computers, movies, television, the Internet. MagiTech, as it is affectionately known, is largely popular among witches and wizards, especially the younger set. However, there are those that oppose it, members of the WWAT and their associates. Fed up with MagiTech and what they see as the destruction of the Wizarding World through so-called "progress", a small, secret group within the WWAT has created a spell that will put an end to MagiTech for good, allowing the world to revert back to the Golden Days and unleashed it in the Ministry of Magic on July 1st, 2030. However, the spell malfunctions with unintended consequences that reach far beyond the initial goal. MagiTech is undisturbed, but wizards and witches across the country start to have problems with their magic. At first it seems innocent enough: Pepper-Up that makes you vomit, an Alohamora that just shoots sparks, a Wingardium Levoisa that fizzles out prematurely. But as time goes by, the effects worsen, spreading out in a seemingly random pattern from the Ministry of Magic. Game started June 12th, 2010. 6:54p	I'm seeking a couple specific characters over at brightlightcity, which is a Panfandom game set in Las Vegas, and was hoping to get some results here. For DC, we've already got Bruce Wayne (Batman), Clark Kent (Superman), Conner Kent (Superboy), Tim Drake (Red Robin), Stephanie Brown (Batgirl), Cassandra Cain (Ex-Batgirl/Lady Shiva), Selena Kyle (Catwoman), Dick Grayson (Nightwing), Roy Harper (Red Arrow) amd Lois Lane from Comicverse and Bart Allen (Impulse) and Chloe Sullivan from Smallville. Some characters we'd love to have are Wonder Woman, Wonder Girl, Raven, Starfire, Kid Flash, Damian Wayne, Green Arrow, etc. For Harry Potter, I’m looking for an Oliver Wood for a Percy/Oliver pairing. Preferably post DH. I'd also like to see a Pansy Parkinson, aged around sixteen. Draco comes from HBP and is the youngest of the HP characters at the moment. Everyone else is from the future. Other Slytherins would be awesome too. Also Narcissa Malfoy and Rodolphus Lestrange. Bellatrix comes from the early seventies, before they were married. For Queer as Folk, I'd love a Brian, post finale and a Daphne. Justin has been keeping himself entertained, but he'd love his boyfriend and best friend to show up. And lastly for Lord of the Rings, I'd love to find an Aragorn for Legolas. He's still pretty out of his element, but is adjusting well.
