At the response, Cisco grinned a little and sat up again, a quiet huff of amusement escaping him. "It's my favorite technologically inept co-ed," he replied genially. She called a lot, he'd noticed, and he kind of liked it when she did because her tech issues were always easy fixes and she wasn't the type of caller that seemed to blame him for her own mistake just because he was on the other end of the phone trying to help her fix it.
Lacing his fingers together in front of himself and cracking his knuckles, Cisco nudged the table and the movement of the mouse brought his screen to life again. "Geez, I thought eventually you'd call me with an actual challenge!" he laughed. "All right, do me a favor click once on the file in its folder, right click and copy, then paste it onto your desktop so that we have another version of it to try to fix if the first attempt fails. Let me know when you've got that done and we'll get started."
