It's Declan and I am backish.
I'll be honest, I am not going to play at a "This is a game with mandatory tag limit or your gone" pace because that's not the point of this game. It is to be slower and casual. And I'm not going to force myself to keep a pace I am not enjoying. Which was a large part of my small siesta. The hiatused characters are staying that way as they are in need to reworking and adapting to the new world. Some may not come back and some may, that is in the air as I see where their muses stand. But that's okay.
In the meantime here is a newer face who the kiddos would know and the quidditch people may or will know.
Joshua Dai Troy. Not THE Troy who plays for the Magpies. Not the Troy who was found as a wife beater or a druggie. Not the multi-World Cup playing, one World Cup winning Troy from book 4.
Nope, this is his son. Who has recently emancipated himself from his father's name after the events, took up the draft offer at the Cannons after turning it down "not wanting to play quidditch like my old man" and now playing quidditch to help get his ma back on her feet and hopefully, legally, beat the piss out of the old man one day.
Who is Dai? Well, he is a Slytherin, freshly done with Hogwarts at a baby age of 18. he's a standoffish boy now after pushing people away for so long to hide his father's aggression. In school, he was clever, popular because he had that "bad boy" feel to him, and the quidditch captain of the Slytherin Team. His sister Gabriella is in Seba's year but a Ravenclaw and he is a bit of a reactive menace. He's very much the "I won't throw the first punch, but I'll throw the last one" sort of kid who has done well enough to ignore his father's fame. He won't be around much, probably, except for the younger kids but that's fine. Figure poor Teddy was getting out numbered.
