Below are the major topics that will be available for talking points for the next month. They can be adjusted or added to over time.
Quidditch
Autumn Quidditch has officially started. Watch the Quidditch Schedule on the main page for the scores and updates. If you play a quidditch player, feel free to interact accordingly. All injuries, scandals, publicity, and issues are yours to come up with as you see fit.Stature of Secrecy
SEPETMBER: growing concerns over the access of technology and recording by magical communities raises the question of magical jurisdiction on the people who discover them.
OCTOBER: Adjustments in the deployment of Hit Wizards and Aurors is discussed in this matter. Muggleborns and those with a lot of access to the muggle world are requested at a town hall meeting in their nearest magical town on Oct. 15 to discuss how best to mediate if possible.
NOVEMBER: Discontent about the stature of secrecy has become a common topic in the legal departments of the Ministry. The Department of Secrets has been meeting twice as often and the Minister is looking frustrated.
Education
Furthering Education: The question has been raised about what other universities could be useful. Push for potential merger of continuing education facilities into a University that would include additional paths such as business, curse breaking, and political science.
Curriculum Review: Two year testing to inspect the efficiency of the new education system for the Hogwarts Students, as well as a review board on clubs and programs for classes replaced by general education classes (Language and Mathematics)
Littlewood Grant: Official work underway to renovate the old wing for the clinic to function as an official daycare for non school-aged children.
Legal
Prison Conditions: The push to eliminate Azkaban in its traditional form has moved slowly through the handling of dementor breeding for over a century. Life sentence prisoners for war crimes continue to call into question the nature of the Ministry. A short sentence jail is granted for construction to start January 4.
Muggle Relations: A growing number of people debating the option of adoption over straddling both worlds upon their letters from Hogwarts has caused issues with the Liaison office. Debates on hosting families for holidays compound the situation of remaining orphans from the war.
Policing Force: The official order of the policing force will be adjusted over the next few months solely dedicating Auror work to that of military importance and the continued hunt for the missing Death Eaters over protective duties. Hit Wizards will be slowly retrained as a policing and security forces with little overlap by this time next year.
