Is there a brochure for this place? What's the low down? Why the zombies, why the tests?

Why am I here? Are the soldiers on the lower level OZ or Alliance, because I couldn't tell from the uniform alone.

Ooh. Space colonies. Sounds fancy. Nope, just old regular on the ground types of...colonies. Yay us.

Technologically sophisticated doesn't mean fancy, though I'm pretty sure the L1 and L3 clusters are pretty hoity toity.
