Is there a brochure for this place? What's the low down? Why the zombies, why the tests?

Why am I here? Are the soldiers on the lower level OZ or Alliance, because I couldn't tell from the uniform alone.

I read it and it answered most of those questions, I'll re-elaborate for you. Also, there was 100$ in there!

Why the zombies? They come from an accident at a unknown Umbrella Pharmaceutical Facility that leaked into the city by the water supply. Due to the contamination, alot of the life on the planet that is humanoid and animal-like has mutated into zombies.

Why the test? The test is to assure you are not infected, they don't allow infected people into the city. Its the only way to preserve human life.

Why you are here? In Raccoon Park a teleporter broke and people who are not of this world or town have started appearing. Even though it's disabled, it still transports people.
