Theon Malfoy is the son of Bellatrix and Lucius Malfoy, in an AU where Bellatrix and Lucius married instead of Narcissa. Lucius provided the structure that Bellatrix's brilliance needed; his jealousy sheltered her from Voldemort's influence, and without the Lestrange/Malfoy support the Riddle family never regained their prominence. Instead, Bellatrix rose to power as the Ministress of Magic and Lucius Malfoy took over as the head of the Auror Office. Theon is the Potions Professor at Hogwarts, who is angling to eventually expand his family's influence by taking over as Headmaster. Until then, there are plenty of laws being passed that favor purebloods over muggleborns and outspoken halfbloods, which means lots of opportunities for Theon to entertain himself.
Looking for 1) a muggle loving witch who was caught using magic to try and interfere in the new muggle control laws -- she was made into the equivalent of a house elf, where the collar on her neck means she can't use magic without her Master's permission and Theon is her new owner; 2) a pureblood Professor from a Weasley-esque family known for loving mudbloods -- she's struggling with some of the new laws and Theon is her only hope for protection; 3) a 7th year muggleborn student whose choices once she comes of age are to be enslaved by the Ministry or accept Theon's collar as his "personal assistant."
