Her best friend's mom/step-mom or her boyfriend's mom/step-mom as someone she's been having some fun with for the last few months. The woman's husband either has no idea or enjoys watching the show maybe even joining it; however, the friend/boyfriend has no idea what's going on in the house. Something raunchy for Wolverine/Logan? Would happily play him against any ladies from the MCU, X-Men, Fantastic 4 or even a potential crossover. Willing to also play him as a third wheel for a couple (I.E. Him against Cyclops and Jean Grey, against Rogue or Kitty Pryde and Bobby, etc) where he has his way with both parties.

One more time, since Halloween is nearly here.
Girl gets divorced, girl buys house in the country which she doesn't know comes with a ghostly inhabitant. Girl and ghost grudgingly accept each other after both learn that they're not getting rid of the other so easily.
Friendship develops. Feelings other than friendship develop, but neither has any real hope that anything more can happen since they can't really touch. (I wouldn't mind doing a thing where ghost accidentally watches girl having fun time with a toy, which she knows because, idk, it's always cold when ghost is around, but nothing else happens until later when she asks ghost to join in. He can't touch her, but he can manipulate the toy.)
Girl & ghost pine for each other until Halloween, when he has a corporeal body for the day, and they can really give in to their desires. And - ! Maybe they find a way to resurrect ghost so he can have a human body and they can be together in the end.

Marlon Teixeira for a love/hate relationship. They've annoyed each other their entire lives, but can't seem to get their hands off of each other. Bonus points if he's apart of a founding family. Just not the Jones Family.
