A wife/husband line, anyone? I've been inspired by the film You're Not You ever since I've seen it on Netflix, and I'd love to work out a similar scenario where something traumatic and life-changing happens to the wife. What exactly can be predetermined. But, ultimately, it effects their marriage. She becomes emotionally distant and has been for years. He's tried to be a good husband but he's getting to the point where he's tried of trying. Their sex life is practically non-existent, but he still loves her despite him having an affair that only started when their problems did.
I'm looking to play the wife.
Themes I'd like to explore in this line are as followed, but not limited to: angst, drama, lovemaking, angry sex, makeup sex, and infidelity.
