I have a handful of other ideas I tend to always go back to when it comes to line ideas, you know exchange student/host student, insane asylum patient/nurse or something, arranged marriage line, lines based off of Japanese dramas or movies (I dont watch many korean drama or movies but I'm sure the plot lines are similar), student/student lines (rich student vs poor student, straight boy falls for another boy,) student/student-teacher line. most of them I would prefer slash but some I can do het.

Amateur ghost hunters who find their latent attraction to one another is brought out in the open when they go hunting in the wrong house/graveyard/abandoned church/etc; a time traveler returns to the past to strike up a romance with the guy-who-got-away before it's too late, but must avoid his present self lest he creates a paradox; two lovers come across dragon/phoenix/griffin/etc eggs while hiking but mistake them for gems because they look nothing like regular animal eggs, so they take them back to their camp and chaos ensues when the mama comes looking for her clutch; old high school or college nemeses run into each other on a gay dating site and decide to get together for a drink. Despite both of them insisting it won't go anywhere, they keep meeting and possibly hooking up.
Slash only. Looking for something angsty and difficult, with characters who can't help but complicate and make trouble for themselves and one another: sad pwp romance stories that aren't guaranteed to have a happily ever after.
