Would anyone play a gay man in a het line?
My idea is for him to have always identified as gay, been very prominent in the gay rights movement perhaps even be famous for how open and outspoken he is in terms of his sexuality.
Then he meets and falls in love with a person.
Who happens to be a woman.
Think Tom Robinson.
I'd really like to explore how strange it is to suddenly question your own sexuality, the reactions of other people to it etc and how they cope and would ideally like to play it was an older couple (at least late 40s)
