Something a little different but struck me as potentially fun....
Two celebrities film a sex scene together. We know it's all fake but they get incredibly turned on. She finds out he's huge or something like that and meets him in his dressing room later on and asks if she can 'help him out' since he had obviously gotten hard having her grind on top of him.
