Marissa DeLonge is a 45 year old woman, a successful executive in the city's biggest, most influential ad agency. She knows all the movers and shakers in town, is often photographed on the arm of some bigwig or in the midst of some huge gala. She is known for being ruthlessly ambitious and not afraid to take what she wants to get ahead. She recently hired (Character B) as the latest in a long line of personal assistants. For the last six months, she has been happy with (Character B)'s performance. It doesn't hurt that she finds (Character B) very, very attractive and Marissa has found all kinds of excuses to flirt with (Character B), make sure that they end up working long hours together or require (Character B)'s presence on out-of-town trips or at varied events she had to attend. She knows that (Character B) is single/recently broken up with his/her significant other and craving attention, which she showers on (Character B) in spades.
