For anyone who is interested, I know my father would be proud of me. You know how I know this? My siblings who are shaped by him every day are proud of me. The woman who married and loved him for decades is proud of me. The woman who raised him to the man loved by so many is proud of me. He was proud of me when I learned how to tie my shoes at age 3 because I was too damn impatient to wait for someone to do it for me.

So yeah, thanks for wondering. I'm glad I could satiate your curiosity.

So that's my statement on the whole thing. No more. no less.

Mental note - add 'The Wandering Eye' to the list of publications not to give my personal attention to.

My agent is probably thanking her lucky stars that she manages Quidditch players and that flying is therapeutic, because I am currently feeling uncharacteristically furious.

Please remind me that Darcy is a grown woman and perfectly capable of standing up for herself before I go into bat for her, yeah?

I am currently in a hotel, having only just moved into the country, and mon dieu I am already bored of these four walls. I cannot wait for the opportunity to go and find somewhere of my own.

Are the British and Irish press normally so uninclusive? That article in the Wandering Eye about Darcy Campbell seems quite unfair.
