The retread for tonight is a high school AU. While HS fics are not my fave genre of fic, how can we possible go wrong when Brian meets Justin who is handcuffed to his locker?

This fic is my guilty pleasure. No way I’m going to admit how many times I’ve read it. There’s just something about it that pulls me back again and again. Probably the hot sex and all. Ehem. But I also think that it’s the happiness. It’s just so freakin’ adorable! I was so glad to see this rec'd. :D

I just read "Bound"...the sequel. More hotness and more adorableness...It says it's not completed and hasn't been updated for a while, but it is still 8 chapters of the HS Brian/Justin cuteness. :)

Sighs. I know about BOUND but we don't retread unfinished fics or wips for obvious reasons. BOUND is actually one of the reasons I don't read many wips - I've been burned too many times.

I totally agree about retreading WIP's...I'm still suffering from having started one of Myrna's fics (The One Where Justin is Seeing Someone Else and Brian Interferes...or something like that...) without realizing it wasn't finished. Too aggravating 'cause I love her writing.

I have read this several times and I agree, I think that the sex is hot, but they are just so happy together. It really is just adorable. And the fact that brian has such a good realtionship with Jack and Joanie makes me happy and sad at the same time.

And the scene with the lady buying all the catfood while brian is waiting to buy condoms cracks me up.

It was all sweet and warm and fuzzy and completely hot, and then there was that. And it made my heart hurt for the real Brian who never got to experience that. :(

Of course, then my head started to hurt because I was sad about a fictional character. Gah... why did I start watching this show? *beats head against wall*

Sorry, I feel better now. *looks totally embarrassed*

I guess that's good about the no shame, cause I certainly have enjoyed some of the recs at the crack site far more than I should. ;)

And I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing some of the great older fics out there that a noob would never be able to find on their own.

I'd say more but the html thing is completely intimidating to me. I enjoy reading though. Thanks for all the fics. :)

I've always loved this fic. There's an unfinished sequel and I've always been sad that she never finished it. She actually has several unfinished fics that started off decently if I remember correctly.

that's such a shame. but i guess it goes with the fanfic writing territory. they aren't paid to do this...there are no deadlines...lots of unfinished works are inevitable. but i'm really enjoying this one.

it's curing me of my sadness at having finished the really bad!fic i was reading all week.

This and Bound are among my comfort fics. They always make me hot and bothered and always make me laugh out loud. The voices are just so good. As someone else said here, my guilty pleasure, and I'm not admitting how many times I've read them either. (and I normally wouldn't like a fic that had Brian and Justin so close in age, and I'm not really into HS at all LOL)

This was really good. I couldn't help but note that when she (?) mentions what Jack's drinking it a can of cola, perhaps this is the key to a happy childhood and good parents. :)

I'm adding this to me re-read list. I've found another guilty pleasure.

the author of this fic used to be a good friend of mine and we used to write stuff together, i tried encouraging her to write more for the sequel she started but unfortunately rl started taking over and then she switched fandoms :[ sad day. but this fic and another one of carly's something more have always been my favorites! i recommend something more and basically all of her fics if you haven't read them, they're totally amazing.
