movie?
I'm not sure that I agree with you. Although I think the episodes are three of the best in QAF history, I really don't think the show would have meant as much to me if that's all there was. I remember at the end of 103 I was smiling insanely and thought that Brian and Justin looked like the most perfect couple in history, on that screen and I think we can all agree that "Let's Hear It for the Boy" is a scene that is unparallelled. But, at the end of 103 no ones character is fully developed yet. I really enjoyed (am still enjoying) watching their relationship grow and seeing them become equals. At the end of 103 Justin is still a child. I really like and respect the person the person that he turns into.
If 101-103 was a movie we would never see Brian's heart break during 122, or I want you safe, or even a minimal scene like the french kissing. So basically, as perfect as 101-103 were I don't think the show would be what it is if it had ended there. It's an interesting thought though. Not something I considred before. Also someone else brought up that the time sequencing would be all wrong. I agree with that.
