The 37 Days of Gusmas: Week One
Title: Week One
Author: etextraordinary
Prompt: Thanksgiving Day, Stuffed, First snow, Holidays on ice, Bah humbug, Skiing Picture, 'Tis the season, and Joy to the world
Notes: All of these drabbles are loosely connected and set a few years post-513. Brian and Justin are living at Britin. Not beta'd, all mistakes are mine.
1. Thanksgiving Day: Brian’s POV
I hate business travel; I hate it even more when everyone else is traveling too. Thanksgiving Day, even though I hate the gluttonous holiday, shouldn’t be spent in an airport. I should be well on my way to drunk or fucking Justin into the mattress. But instead, I’m stuck in Kansas City, after a client demanded I meet with them; before everyone left for the holiday weekend.
The worst part isn’t that I’m not home with family, or that I’m delayed because of a fucking thunderstorm, in November! It’s that everyone is so god damn fucking cheerful, despite the storm.
2. Stuffed: Michael’s POV
“God, Deb, I’m stuffed. I can’t eat another bite.” Ted said, after Ma started bringing out the large assortment of pies.
Everyone, except Brian who was stuck in an airport, agreed; but still managed to eat a Novotny-house size piece of pie.
As Justin finished his Pecan Pie, his phone rang. “Hey! Are you home?”
“Ok, I’ll head out now. Do you want me to bring you anything?” Whatever was said made Justin turn bright red. I didn’t want to imagine what it could be.
“I’ve got to go.” He said giving everyone a hug before rushing out the door.
2a. Stuffed Too: Justin’s POV
I didn’t think I could eat anything else; then Deb brought out six different kinds of homemade pie. I never could resist Pecan Pie. As I was finishing my giant slice, my phone rang.
“Hey! Are you home yet?”
“Yeah. My plane just landed. I need to get the car still. When I get home, you better be naked and waiting for me.”
“Ok, I’ll head out now. Do you want me to bring you anything?”
“No. I just want to eat you all night long. Your ass stuffed with a giant plug.”
I made it home in record time.
3. First Snow: Brian’s POV
“Fuck!”
I rolled over, attempting to pull Justin to me, but he wasn’t there. “Hmmm?”
“It snowed last night. It’s a fucking blizzard.”
“Good. Then come back to bed so I can blow you.”
“Brian, I had plans to go shopping with Daph”
“With the snow you shouldn’t be going out. So, come back to bed and check again at a more decent hour.”
“Its 10am, not exactly the crack of dawn.” Justin said crawling back in bed and laying his head on my chest. “What’d you say about a blow job?”
I smiled and flipped him on his back.
4. Holidays on Ice: Brian’s POV
“Do you remember when you said you wanted to spend more time with Gus?”
“Hi, Lindsay.”
“Well, I’ve got and excellent way for you to do it.”
“Why am I suddenly afraid?”
“Gus really wants to see ‘Holidays on Ice’. The commercials have been running non-stop here. Luckily, it’s in Pittsburgh when we are. Mel and I were thinking you and Justin would take him.”
“And why would we want to do that?”
“Because he’s your son, and he ‘wants to go with Daddy and Juss’in’. And because you’re a good father who loves his son.”
“Fine.” I said smiling.
5. Bah Humbug: Debbie’s POV
Humbug! The snow had turned every adult into a Grinch; meanwhile the children were excited to have another snow day. The Liberty Diner clientele was no exception. Those that got some time off because of the snow were excited and full of Christmas cheer. Those who didn’t, well you would be advised to steer clear.
Even Justin was grumpy. Although, I suspect his mood has more to do with taking Gus to see “Holidays on Ice” than snow.
“So Justin, are you looking forward to having Gus and the girls around?” Emmett teased.
“Bah! Humbug!” He flipped Emmett the bird.
6. “Skiing to a Better Health”: Justin’s POV
Brian was sitting in his office working late. I went and set a beer on his desk, then moved behind him to rub his shoulders. Brian leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes. I went around to sit in his lap. I picked up the ads sitting on his desk. It was a picture of a very built man skiing off a steep hill. “This looks familiar.”
“Its what Remson wanted.”
“Didn’t the focus groups hate it last time?”
He nodded. I stood up and pulled him towards our bedroom. “Maybe this’ll take your mind off of it.”
7. ‘Tis the Season: Brian’s POV
“Please tell me that you just crawled back in bed for a nap.” Justin was still in bed, where I’d left him more than ten hours earlier. He rolled towards me when I sat on the bed.
“Nnngrugh,” I assumed it meant he had been in bed all day. “I feel like shit.”
‘Tis the season for colds, and a sick Justin was just about the most annoying thing. I stood up, changed my clothes, and brought him some medicine. “Here take this, it’ll help.”
He swallowed the pills then curled in to me. “You better not get me sick.”
8. Joy to the World: Justin’s POV
I woke up with Brian’s hard dick poking my ass. I remembered the last 24 hours. I spent all of it in bed, sleeping and wishing that this fucking cold would go away. Brian was right, whatever he gave me helped.
I pushed the covers and Brian’s briefs down and his already hard cock sprang free. I took it into my mouth and sucked hard. He twisted his fingers in my hair and urged me on. A few minutes later, he shot down my throat.
“Someone’s feeling better.” Brian said, out of breath.
“Your turn.” I said, kissing him hard.
