Justin woke up, feeling stiff and sore and out-of-sorts. Without opening his eyes, he groaned and rolled over, grabbing at a pillow. He had an early class, but he needed just a few more minutes of sleep before he ventured down the hall to that cold box Ethan called a bathroom.
He dozed, then was pulled back into consciousness by the sound of Brian’s voice as he showered, singing off-key and sounding undeniably chipper. Justin grinned, remembering the night before. No more violin music, no more Ethan.
He was home. And that was music to his ears. |
