Good point! Brian is all about image (at least what he shows to the world), so I took his creatine or guava shakes and gym workouts, and no carbs after 7 p.m. as part of that. He does mention guava juice more often, although in the episode where Justin and Daphne are at his place, I think Justin ends up just pouring orange juice for him.
