Show and Tell: At Woody's
Woody's is the backdrop for a lot of great QAF scenes.

It's where the gang goes to unwind after work - shoot some pool, endure some karaoke, take in the occasional Big Basket contest, and just hang out.

When I think of Woody's, the first image that comes to mind is Debbie in 102, yoo-hooing across the tables to a mortified Michael. Then, enter Stalker!Justin, with Daphne! (Everyone seemed to be wearing something shiny that night lol!)

Some of my favorite Woody's scenes take place around the end of the Stockwell arc. The "sacrifice everything" kiss in 313, then the celebration when the election results come in - we can practically feel the relief in that big B/J hug (points to icon). Then the "not everything" moment on the steps, as the celebration moves outside.

Screencaps are from Showtime

There are so many things happening in and around Woody's through the seasons: there's Gay as Blazes, Follow Your Dreams, a different and obscure fundraiser practically every week, and so much more.

Come play Show and Tell and share some of your favorite Woody's moments.

Help us keep The Love alive :)

*hugs* Yes, most of those not-happy scenes popped into my mind too. I was thinking of how Justin had first stalked Brian to Woody's in 102 - then went there to find him under such different circumstances in 201 :-( But there's such relief in that moment, too, in knowing they're finally together again. And I also love how well Michael handled the crowd and protected Justin there.

And the ring scene at the end of 306! Heh ... I was about to go on about how tragic it felt, too - but on thinking hard about it (you make me do that, you know) - I realized that this, too, was the beginning of another coming together. Huh. Maybe it has to do with knowing the series as a whole now, so that any sadness I'd felt on first watching is mitigated by the knowledge of what's to come.

I'd forgotten that Woody's is where Justin met up with the Pink Posse.

And Yay - 401, and in s1, the nipple ring! ("Guess what I got today." "A new bell for your bicycle?" LOL.)
