Do you think Michael was justified in going after joint custody of J.R.?
My first instinct was that he was being unreasonable. I think the argument he gave about a child needing two parents made him look like a bit of an idiot and a jerk.
But, thinking about it more, I kind of sympathize with him. Melanie and Lindsay had jerked him around over and over. First, they tried to get him to sign that contract about signing over his parental rights. Then, Melanie wasn't honest with him at first about needing to be careful during the pregnancy because of her endometriosis. Then, they hid the fact they had separated for I don't know how many months....
Maybe he had good reason to not trust them. |
