All characters who are alive in that year are available to play even if they are no longer in Hogwarts and plenty of things are going on in the rest of the Wizarding World. So it was with the Governors of the school honored Hogwarts' 1400th Anniversary of teaching students with a Tournament the likes the school had not seen since the Triwizard decades before. A champion would be picked, one from each house. There was a catch though none of the students would know until after the first trial. It would be a partnered competition and the stakes would be high and dangerous. Witching Hour is a Next Gen Prologue compliant Harry Potter game.
