[WELCOME TO RAINBOW BRIDGE!

That's the first you hear, once you walk into this world. It's easy to see the reason for the name, having just crossed a bridge lit up in all the colors of the rainbow.

Whether you're from a different magical world, or consider the concept of magic a silly thing from movies and games, you'll still receive the proper welcome, and everything that comes with it - some information about this country, a map, directions, and explanations as to how there should be a residents list, but it seems empty at the moment.

But it doesn't end there! It's not just that you're now visiting a magical country with plenty of sights to see and places to explore, with different towns and cities, long roads across swamps, dunes and a large lake, even creepy castles by some cliffs and the dangerous forests surrounding them. No, this week they're also celebrating the arrival of Spring!

While some of the areas are naturally flowery and pretty (like EverGreen Town), it'll all still be noticeably decorated for the date, with flower garlands and bouquets everywhere, flower petals falling around and the perfume of flowers in the air, while NPC travelers will have flowery-patterned clothes, flowers in their hair or hats, and so on. Carriages taking you from place to place might be decorated as well, or you might spot horses with pretty arrangements in their manes.

You'll also be able to find seasonal treats at places like the bakery and the big community kitchen at Sunset Village, or the restaurants at Tourmaline City, or find cute colorful outfits at their clothing shops.

EverGreen Town will be thriving, with big sales on herbs, all sorts of spices, wines and ingredients, and obviously flowers, plants and decorations made with them. The plaza will be full of vendors but also people playing music and dancing through the days - a rare time for those in this town to be a little louder and outgoing.

Even at places like the creepy Crimson Keeps, you might be able to find rare treasure in the form of flower-shaped gems and jewellery!

So it's definitely not a bad time to arrive here - surely that initial confusion and outrage at being separated from your home or loved ones will go away much faster while you join the celebrations, right? Who can stay mad or anxious while wearing a freshly made flower crown?]]

If we're all just passing by, and this place is as large as it looks, who knows who's here and where. I was told that wasn't the only entry point. [Unsurprising, given back in the other world, people would also pop up from different areas.]

Can you do tracking spells, like they can? [He's seen Eliot and Margo do it. You're a magician like them, but he's not sure if the abilities differ much between each person.] Maybe you could track that boat of yours.

[It's the only reason why he's not too worried about not having seen Eliot and Margo yet, honestly. When you bring up tracking spells, he nods and turns around in almost a full circle trying to look for a table to set the map he was given on, while he rambles.]

Yeah, of course. I mean, it's worth a shot. Magic can be tricky in places like these where the place itself might... not want us to have it that easy. But I can try.

[He rolls up his sleeves a bit and does a few hand movements over the map. If it works, there should be a glowing dot where Eliot and Margo are, approximately.]

[Helps a little by brushing off some flower petals from said table - they're everywhere today.

Nods to the explanation, it makes sense it could be interfered with, even if it's extremely inconvenient to know as much. And despite his urgency and focus, he still watches those movements and the magic spell closely. Even to someone used to Victor's brand of invisible powers (or his own, for that matter, but those are involuntary) it's fascinating to watch someone flick their hands and produce magic that way.]

[If you mentioned that, he'd tell you how it's not just flicking hands around and making stuff happens. So it's probably for the best you just thought about it.

Either way, he'll be distracted by what his spell does. One of the bridges on the map lights up briefly only to fade away a moment later. Quentin frowns, tries the spell again only to get the same result.]

What...? What's that supposed to even mean? That's not a clear answer.

	[Well, he wouldn't genuinely think it's that easy - obviously there's some innate power or other type of knowledge and skill working. I'm... not sure, really. From what I understood from all this, the bridges are the connection to other worlds. So it might mean they are on their way, or in some different world all together. Or just that this place doesn't want to make it that easy.

You know, I always thought that was a really cheap way to pretend there was a plot to going into castles over and over again.

[He sighs and shakes his head because. yeah, that's not what's important right now.]

I guess. I don't know, I kind of hoped that if I was here, and still remembered that other place, and that you are here too... There was a good chance Eliot and Margo might've been here too.

And I'm hoping to find Victor. [That's an understatement, he'll wreck the entie universe to do so if he has to.]

But time isn't always exactly linear, is it? Back then, if you went back home, your own perception of time could be completely different. On one side it'd be one week, and on the other it could be years, or the other way around.

So maybe they're out there, but there's some sort of mismatch.

I don't know, it could be. The thing with these kind of places is that even your wildest, craziest theories might end up being just your average Wednesday morning.

Would you want me to try the spell again, with Victor? I don't know, maybe it's worth a shot.

[Nods, because he's thinking something along those lines. And his mind is already overthinking about it. It makes him open and close his mouth a few times, run his hand through his hair, all in an attempt to gather his thoughts. To try to form a sentence that doesn't sound like something both impossible and insane.]

Do you think we... I don't know, do you think we could go to that bridge? Try to cross it, try to get to them. We know there's another world, maybe we can... get the bridge to take us where we need to go.
