[It seemed like it was just another ordinary day. People could come and go, attend their jobs, go on quests if they felt like it, or simply laze around as the week ends.

But then, a drop. And another. And suddenly it's clear something's happening. Blood, fresh human blood is dripping from some people's hands, seemingly out of nowhere - there won't be any open wounds to worry about. And for some people, it'll be more than a few drops, covering their hands, even their arms or the rest of their bodies.

What's the catch? This mysterious blood only appears on those who have killed before. It will come and go, allowing for people to clean up only to show up again pouring out of their hands. And along with the blood, for some there will be feelings of regret, or discomfort, as if they'd just freshly killed and had to carry that burden of guilt with them. It seems like the amount of blood will also match those feelings, so that if someone feels particularly conflicted, they'll be pouring much more of it, while someone who feels no remorse might handle it better.

At least the blood won't be there forever, and it will eventually stop. But until then, enjoy ruining your clothes.]

[He was indeed having a normal day, working at the cafeteria as usual, pondering dumb things like how he'd bring Victor coffee later.

And then there's the first drops of blood. He thinks he's managed to cut himself, cursing himself for being so careless as he avoids injuries so as to not expose his powers to others.

But the blood doesn't stop, and he can't see a cut. Soon all he can see is red, as his hands get covered in blood, dripping all over the counter and the floor. Then his arms are dripping blood as well, and then his torso, and soon he's a bloody mess. And while he's very used to injuries and small cuts, the fact that he's pouring blood like this is freaking him out, reminding him of his days post-torture where he'd watch the blood of the entire day being washed away in a cold shower.]

[Help, basically.]

[After weeks of his youthful version taking his place in this world, it's time for this Victor to finally come back. And the timing couldn't be better (or worse, depending on who yo ask), since he's coming from a moment in his world where he's been... killing a lot more. Out of necessity rather than anything else, but killing still.

The blood dripping from his hands is unsettling and inconvenient, but takes a second place in priority when he can't find Eli at the house they share. So he heads out to the next place where he assumes he would be, and that is the coffee shop. Which means going to town and, again, the literal blood on his hands makes it a little awkward, although he's quickly noticing he's not the only one in this predicament. Not like if it were any different it would stop him from finding Eli.]
