Tolkien Halloween, 1981, the Dark Lord Voldemort fell at the hands of one-year old Harry Potter, bringing an end to a decade long reign of terror, to the relief of the entire Wizarding World. Death Eaters were imprisoned, wounds healed, and the Wizarding World spent the next decade healing from the pain of the first war. Yet, Voldemort was not truly defeated that night. He will rise once more, bringing upon another viscous war upon the Wizarding World. Everyone knows the story of Harry Potter, but until now, the story of what happened in between has been unknown. It is 1990, the year before Harry Potter will discover he is a Wizard. Professor Quirrell is off to Albania where he will become a vessel for the weakened Dark Lord, Charlie Weasley and his friends are in their sixth-year at Hogwarts, and the foundation for the future is being paved. They are at a crossroads, the road behind them broken and wilting. The road ahead lies a mystery, which paths will they chose? Who will they become? Only one thing is certain; they must continue on. Quadrivium is a canon compliant Harry Potter Interim Era game taking place in 1990. Game opened May 09, 2009. 1:08a	RIDDIKULUS RPG post-hogwarts trio-era The year is 2000. After seven tumultuous years, everything is calm. Harry Potter has defeated the Dark Lord, and things are finally as they were always meant to be. Hypothetically. Nearly two years after the war, and witches and wizards everywhere are still having trouble putting their lives back together. Missing friends, dead family, strained relationships, and social inadequacies are causing mixed feelings everywhere. What should have been a perfect time is now, to put it best, awkward. There are so many people who don't quite know what to do with themselves now that the world isn't in grave peril. Lucky for them, there are still a few people out there looking to change that. Lord Voldemort or Harry Potter, one would have to destroy the other. In the year 1998 Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived, fulfilled his destiny and destroyed Lord Voldemort. The battle was fierce and the losses were great but in the end, the reign of Lord Voldemort was finally over. The battle was over and it was time to move on. Hogwarts was rebuilt, the class of 1998 spent the summer catching up on the classes that they had missed while beginning training in their future jobs. The new Minister of Magic, a half-blood wizard, put strict laws in effect to allow for the capture of Death Eaters and their supporters. Things were quiet, things were peaceful. The Golden Age, some were beginning to call it. Free from persecution, wizards of impure blood were taking places of honor and respect . The trio finally begain to relax and it seemed as if things were finally well. Little did they know that there was darkness brewing once more. Rodolphus Lestrange, driven mad from grief, had taken on a protégé. An intelligent and ambitious former Ravenclaw Aiden Chambers. A Call for Freedom This was the title of the opinion piece that Aiden submitted to the Prophet. The passionate article spoke of the shift in the muggle world, that it was no longer quite so taboo to be a so -called witch. It served it purpose, raising all the appropriate eyebrows. Could it be done? Could they reveal themselves to the muggle world without mass hysteria? Aiden was brought in as one of the Minister’s top advisors as the Ministry tentatively began to creep towards revealing themselves . Once again the wizarding world was divided, the people who supported the change and the people who thought it was dangerous. Order members began to come forward in support of it, not realizing that while they were supporting it, former Death Eaters were sending out feelers, gathering a new and more terrifying army. When an heir comes into question and families begin fighting for favor, only those who can survive will write the history books. God Save the King The Royal Family of Great Britain has a secret. It's a secret they are oath bound by treaty to keep. For the past 300 years, the throne has been held by wizards, who have kept the country in a dual government. Muggles fall under the parliamentary rule and see the monarchy as a symbol of their country. Wizards, however, fall under the direct rule of King Lucius I, The Malfoy Dynasty has been in power for less than a century, and with Prince Draco the only heir, the line could leave the bloodline and pass to the Longbottoms, a family who stands for everything the Malfoys do not. The Monarchy has another secret. Since 1944, all muggleborns have had a binding spell cast on them from birth. This spell keeps them from using their magic until they attend Hogwarts, however, what no one outside of the king and a few select advisers know is this spell binds muggleborns for life, keeping them from using dark magic, unforgivables and weakening them magically in general. If this secret is discovered, it will change everything. War is brewing once again, but this war is not of blood and spells, but of power and position. Everyone wants something, and nothing is for free.
