Ministry laws. Impetuous RPG is a multi-faceted game. With a strong social aspect laced with dark undertones, Impetuous is a plot-progressing game where new laws are being enacted by the Ministry of Magic. Purebloods reigned for years, but now a group of muggleborns and half-bloods, scared of a potential pureblood rising, are pushing for new laws that limit the rights of the wizarding population. The year is 2002. The fourth anniversary of the Second Wizarding War has come and gone. The past three years have been filled with rebuilding and recovering from both the emotional and physical damage wrought by the war. The acting Minister, Kingsley Shacklebolt, has just resigned from office in the wake of mutiny from within the Ministry. The public is demanding that something be done to prevent events like the rise of Voldemort and the Second Wizarding War from ever happening again. Acting impetuously, the interim Minister of Magic proposes new laws against Werewolves and pureblood marriages. A seemingly innocent blood census is just the first step in an increasingly oppressive campaign against purebloods, while new factions of the public are calling for an end of blood purity altogether...
