It's his week in charge, so he's messing with things. Yesterday was the snake pipes. Today it's colored water. Every apartment should have a different color. Some can double up, but you know, the more creative the better! He'll lay off tomorrow and go out with a bang over the weekend. :D THEN IT'S TE OR DARCY'S TURN.
