Friending Frenzy! Wheeeeeeee!

Welcome to The Phoenix Flies Kick-off Friending Frenzy!

At over 70 members, more than 180 watchers, 60 prompts and more than 40 claims, we're off to a fantastic start! (Rumor has it that there are fics that are already done and ready to be posted... submission guidelines will be posted soon.) So while we all wait for next Monday's posting to begin, we're going to start things off with a little friending frenzy. Now's the time to catch back up with all your old friends from The-Site-Which-Must-Not-Be-Named as well as making some new ones as well.

For friending purposes, does age matter to you?: Yes. Sorry, but you need to be 18 as I have locked all NC-17 fics.
How you participate in fandom (writer/artist/beta/icon maker/vidder/lurker/official wearer of slinky red knickers): I'm a writer and beta reader. Looking for a beta for a fic of mine.
Favorite HP characters/pairings: OTP is Harry/Severus. I stumbled upon it by accident, and it was instant love. Other favorite pairings are Ron/Hermione (I just can't see them with anyone else, although I like smart Ron better than normal Ron). Severus Snape is my favorite character because he's so complex. Dumbledore is second for similar reasons.
Least favorite characters/pairings: To make it short, I'll only list the ones I hate. Draco is a pathetic, whiny ass. Ginny because she's just Harry's groupie. Sirius Black because he really needed a spanking (and not the good kind). Graphic Dumbledore pairings make me want to vomit.
Favorite book from HP canon: Chamber of Secrets
Other fandoms that you dig: Inuyasha, Witch Hunter Robin, and Escaflowne. I love anime.
Anything else you want us to know?: I'm very opinionated, but I love listening to dissenting points of view. I post fandom stuff, rl stuff, and memes. My journal is just loaded with stuff. *grins*

groupie!Ginny is the singular reason I can't just accept H/G as canon. It wouldn't work, the illusion would fade and Ginny wouldn't be able to love the real Harry. And a true Draco fan I have to agree that he is a pathetic whiny ass, but you forgot chicken-shit. *g*
But your lack of Draco-Love wouldn't get in the way of us being friends would it??? *winning smile*
