Friending Frenzy! Wheeeeeeee!

Welcome to The Phoenix Flies Kick-off Friending Frenzy!

At over 70 members, more than 180 watchers, 60 prompts and more than 40 claims, we're off to a fantastic start! (Rumor has it that there are fics that are already done and ready to be posted... submission guidelines will be posted soon.) So while we all wait for next Monday's posting to begin, we're going to start things off with a little friending frenzy. Now's the time to catch back up with all your old friends from The-Site-Which-Must-Not-Be-Named as well as making some new ones as well.

phoenix_flies but anyone may participate. You don't have to be a member or watcher to have fun and make friends here (although, of course, we hope you'll want to watch and play along!) For friending purposes, does age matter to you?: Kind of. I'm not hugely comfortable knowing under-18's may be reading my smut. :/ I can't friend you back if I know you're under 18, alas.

Favorite HP characters/pairings: Snape/Lupin compels me. A lot. Also the Marauders fucking each other in any combination, Snape/Black for the win at hatesex, Snape/James for the double-win at hatesex, Lily/Rosmerta/Tonks/Fleur/Narcissa FTW at femslash, Sirius/Lily for het... *shrug* I'm not terribly picky about my smut.
Least favorite characters/pairings: Oh, they're all fine. I don't totally love SS/HG, I suppose, but if it's well-written/drawn, I'll go for just about anything.
Favorite book from HP canon: ~~GoF~~ ~~PoA~~ ~~OotP~~ DH. No, really. I LOVED DH. There, I said it.
Other fandoms that you dig: SPN, mostly, but I just lurk. I can understand Heroes, The Office (US or UK), and BSG fic, but I don't actively follow it.
Anything else you want us to know?: *clings* I'm scared! And I feel so lost without LJ!! Actually, I am fundamentally incapable of making a permanent journal decision yet, so I'm still sort of at LJ. But I think I'll be around IJ more too in the coming weeks. :)

	Hey, welcome! I hope it's not too frightening or overwhelming for you ... the orange is kind of hideous, I admit, but it's not so bad once you get used to it. It was hard on me at first, changing over, and I still do things like check LJ first, but I don't think that overall the transition has to be all that painful. :) (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Welcome. I was apprehensive about coming over here at first, but I really like it. I still check LJ and stuff, but it's nice having a place where I don't have to worry about being labeled a pedo. I'm not a big Snape/Lupin fan, but for some reason, well-written Snape/Black and Snape/James hate sex is a secret love of mine. (Reply to this) (Parent)
