Friending Frenzy! Wheeeeeeee!

Welcome to The Phoenix Flies Kick-off Friending Frenzy!

At over 70 members, more than 180 watchers, 60 prompts and more than 40 claims, we're off to a fantastic start! (Rumor has it that there are fics that are already done and ready to be posted... submission guidelines will be posted soon.) So while we all wait for next Monday's posting to begin, we're going to start things off with a little friending frenzy. Now's the time to catch back up with all your old friends from The-Site-Which-Must-Not-Be-Named as well as making some new ones as well.

Now, let the word go forth that the friending frenzy has begun! (That means "pimp.") This frenzy is being hosted by

phoenix_flies but anyone may participate. You don't have to be a member or watcher to have fun and make friends here (although, of course, we hope you'll want to watch and play along!) Posting begins on August 27th and the next community event is scheduled for September 8-9. (Specific details to follow soon!)

For friending purposes, does age matter to you?: Yes, please no one underage. (Under 18) And yes, I do check user infos to see how old people are.
How you participate in fandom (writer/artist/beta/icon maker/vidder/lurker/official wearer of slinky red knickers): Artist, sometimes writer.
Favorite HP characters/pairings: Snape, and a multitude of Snape pairings, slash as well as het.
Least favorite characters/pairings: Harry/Ginny, OBHWF, Sirius/Lupin. Fenrir, Umbridge, Fudge.

Other fandoms that you dig: King Kong (Peter Jackson's)/movies Adrien Brody's been in, Dr. Who, X-men, Star Wars, PoTC. (Though I mostly lurk in the last four ones.)

	Hi, I've seen you around LJ's friend of a friend thing. I'm trying not to gather more fandom friends on my LJ since most people seem to be leaving but I'd love to friend you here. :) (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
