Friending Frenzy! Wheeeeeeee!

Welcome to The Phoenix Flies Kick-off Friending Frenzy!

At over 70 members, more than 180 watchers, 60 prompts and more than 40 claims, we're off to a fantastic start! (Rumor has it that there are fics that are already done and ready to be posted... submission guidelines will be posted soon.) So while we all wait for next Monday's posting to begin, we're going to start things off with a little friending frenzy. Now's the time to catch back up with all your old friends from The-Site-Which-Must-Not-Be-Named as well as making some new ones as well.

phoenix_flies but anyone may participate. You don't have to be a member or watcher to have fun and make friends here (although, of course, we hope you'll want to watch and play along!) For friending purposes, does age matter to you?: Responsibility and maturity matters more. If you aren't old enough to read sexual content where you live, then don't tell me and we'll be fine.
How you participate in fandom (writer/artist/beta/icon maker/vidder/lurker/official wearer of slinky red knickers): I've written in other fandoms, but not HP. Here I'm just a voracious consumer of fanfic. And I prefer slinky black knickers, thank you very much.
Favorite HP characters/pairings: Draco/anybody, although Draco/Harry is my favourite. Also love Snape/Harry. And Lucius can just watch and be pretty.
Least favorite characters/pairings: Harry/Cho
Favorite book from HP canon: PoA as a story, HBP because of Harry's obsession with Draco
Other fandoms that you dig: currently Stargate Atlantis, Torchwood, Life on Mars
Anything else you want us to know?: I'm pretty new to the HP fandom, with the obsessiveness of a new convert, so I'm reading everything I can get my hands on. And I'd love to make more friends from this fandom ... all my old friends think I'm crazy.

	Well, Draco's just so beautiful, isn't he? But I agree, he goes so well with Harry. There's a natural attraction/rivalry there, not to mention the symbolism of light/dark, good/evil, self-righteous prat/sinner awaiting redemption ... yeah, they're a lovely pairing.
