this guy's worked on various ships and mining jobs that were different shades of respectable all over the system before washing up on terminus, so he could have run into him every now and then! he was kind of the steve harrington to the same group if street rats ~augmented grew up with, so he knows this drill by now. break glass on emergency street rat kit, pour cocoa

omg, emergency street rat kit. i love that, though. maybe he could have helped him out in finding a few short-term jobs he could have worked? ps sorry this is so delayed!!
