They're the same age, almost, if you want to say maybe they grew up in the same neighborhood? Ros has kind of a flair for the dramatic so perhaps they could balance each other out.

I'm going to hold off on tying down her childhood until I see if I can get her some siblings but she's been in New York since at least college and that was her time to break out of her shell so maybe Ros could be one of the first friends she made that she just latched onto right off the bat?
