P R E M I S E
In 2008 The world as we knew it came to an end. Or rather, it collided with another world, parallel to ours. The result is something of a temporal flux. The two universes fused at on point and the nature of both rapidly polarized. One leaned toward Order, the other towards Chaos. Both worlds experienced unexplained phenomena; earthquakes would happen one day, then the next week there wouldn’t be a Monday, or the sky would turn orange, or it would start raining cats and dogs in the most literal sense.


To deal with this madness, the nations of the world built a massive city, calling together all that had the potential to fix the problem, denizens of both worlds. Two were placed in a tower to rule over the council, a new council is picked every week to continue to elude the laws of the universe.


This council is able to vote on the small stuff, the sort that is oh-so-important in the scheme of things. They must make a choice every week, how their world will be affected. Will they make the grass red, or cause a minor earthquake? Flood an island or loose one-tenth of the population? The fate of the worlds rests in their hands.

Would anyone be interested in starting a new community based in Paris, France? It would be a modernized version of historical figures ie; Marie Antoinette would be a modern day socialite and Henry VIII of England would be a womanizer etc. If you have any questions let me know, but I'm just checking to see if there's an intrest out there.
