we can definitely brainstorm what kind of food they serve and all that, but basically myr's father passed away when she was in her senior year of high school and he left her behind a surprising amount of money so she decided that rather than go to college she wanted to put it into a business venture. i'm not sure how they met, but maybe they had some mutual friends and ended up shirking off from something they were supposed to do for said friend, wound up playing rock band like a platonic april & andy and the idea to start their own business began jokingly and then escalated all at once. it was the sort of thing where she needed someone with experience, and he needed someone with a suitable chunk of money and none of their friends really expected anything good to come from it. they've actually turned the business into something that's very successful and they've been featured in business journals, mostly because myr was only around 19 when they started out and they typically get asked to come and serve at music festivals and community family days etc
