he's 20 and was born and raised in austin, texas. his mother is a photographer and has her own studio. rory went to the chicago art institute to study photography for a year before his mom called him back home because of his brother. ethan got into drug use and suffered from depression. he committed suicide in november. rory doesn't talk about it and he's trying to handle it in a healthy manner. he's doing some freelance photography work and taking time off from college but he may go back. he's just uncertain now of what to do with himself. for the most part, he's a decent guy unless he's annoyed and he doesn't handle rude people very well. i'd love for the two of them to be pretty close.
