she would basically be this girl and

eckstein's girlfriend. fin & seth have been dating for several months, and their new relationship would be a couple months old at this point, I believe. they would have met (the third) just out and about, maybe a club or something, and the chemistry between the three of them was just really undeniable. fin & seth just moved in together - and they would have moved in probably next door to her as they all sort of figure out what they mean to each other, etc etc. they're still sort of learning as they go with it, and getting over bouts of jealousy, etc etc.
