	It was underway before the truth and silence and I checked up on it today. As for the details: middle name and day/month/year of birth, he didn't need to use fictitious dates like I thought. He also needs a 2"x3" photo and your fingerprints, but I have the kit so it won't take long. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
