Community Center Gathering Post
It's Day Five of the cold. Snow still on the ground, not going anywhere, but at least there isn't more falling.

And there's a new baby to celebrate today!

Nick smiled at her as he chuckled. "I believe you. Based on what I know of you from the movie, and if the real you holds true to that, you say what you mean. If you thought I was a dick you'd tell me in no uncertain terms and somehow make it sound intellectual."

Nick chuckled again with another smile. He could see what Rogers liked in Peggy. "Maybe some time when we're not all crammed in one place like sardines we could get to know each other better."

She glanced at him. "I'd like that, Nick. I'll hold you to it." Peggy rubbed her knees through the blanket and breathed in. "How long do you think this'll last?"

Nick noticed her rubbing her legs and scooted over a bit. "C'mon. Get closer to the fire." Then he shrugged. "I have no idea. Hopefully not much longer."

She smiled thankfully at him and scooted, even though just that little bit of movement didn't immediately make her all that much warmer. She tucked her chin on top of her knees. "I hope not as well."
