Music. I'm starting to realize that one of the few things I really miss here is music. Working 12 hour days would probably be a lot less demanding if we actually had something to help us unwind at night.

Okay, thank you. I'm...not used to being able to lean on other people. It's been a long time since I could. The past several years everybody's been too busy leaning on me...so I don't know, I might not be very good at asking for help, but I'll try.

You should meet her. Cassie, I mean. You'd really like her. And she knows a lot about babies and pregnancy and all that stuff, she was really close with her family and was there from pregnancy through when she went off to college for her nephew.

Oh, I'm sure you're not that bad, sweetie. If nothing else I think I can help you there, or sing in your stead, if I know your song of choice. I won't make eardrums bleed or cause riots, or at least I haven't caused that reaction so far in my life.

Occasionally I'm not somebody's cup of tea, but I've yet to get that strong of a reaction to my voice.

OK, strange but true fact, one of those tool kits came with a speaker of some kind. No idea if there's any way to hook it up to anything to play music though.
