Who: Ruby and Sam What: A late night chat Where: The Winchester Kitchen When: Late night Rating: TBD Status: In Progress
Ruby had been trying to type quietly in her messages to Sam, not that she really needed to, Castiel was in a deep sleep, he'd never needed to before, she still didn't and as much of a comfert as being in his arms was, Sam sounded like he could do with a talk, and much as she had found herself growing to love the fallen angel, Sam was the one person she would always go to if needed. And tomorrow he had to pull a demon from his father. Ruby knew the story of what Azazel had done, posessing John, how they hadn't been able to finish him then. It was typical Azazel really, Sam would remember that she supposed, and worry that it was happening again, And she knew he trusted what she was doing for him. It was everyone else that didn't. Not completely.
But she could live with that as long as she had his trust, as long as he needed her, and he did
Even if he didn't realise or how much.
She closed over her laptop and slipped on a pair of shorts and a black camisole laying on a chair wrapping herself in a robe she kept in Castiel's room, before slipping from the room and following the path to the kitchen, she didn't get stuck along the way which definitely boded well.
Waiting now for Sam, Ruby filled the kettle and set it to boil before looking around for some hot chocolate.
