notes| This is alot of characters in one thread, I know, so I was thinking a good idea would be to go ahead and place, in the title of your reply, indicate if it's a direct response to Nathan's entrance (ie: 'Nathan' in the title bar), for anyone else involved(ie: 'Open' in the title bar'), or a specific character present (ie: 'Susie Sunshine' in the, you guessed it, title bar.). Alternatively, just jump in and enjoy the warm fuzzies.
It had been an insane weekend of paint, teleporting, printer paper piles, furniture staples, file cabinets, alphabetization and shrink wrap, but they had done it. In the spanse of four days, they had turned a hotel room into a fully functional office. It lacked the granduer of the one Nathan had in their home in New York, and the professional sterilism of his firm. It was cozy, even with the tall metal cabinets and a fax machine that still smelled heavily of plasticine and failed attempts to install the ink catridge.
After calling for an assembly of those involved in Operation Birthday Office, Heidi had sent the boys to fetch their father while confetti was distributed amoungst those present (Courtesy of those on Confetti Duty). It didn't take long for them to corner their father, Monty promptly hauling himself onto Nathan's shoulders to cover his eyes while Simon lead them into the elevator and then down the second floor hallway. Their warnings concerning the consequences of peeking didn't cease until Simon turned the knob, and Monty lifted his hands.
