Who: Everyone involved in Angel Investigations
What: A group meeting
When: {future-dated} Tuesday, January 4th, 2005 - 5PM
Where: The lobby of the Hyperion Hotel
Rating: TBD (probably high, considering the language choices of this bunch)
Status: In Progress
Special Note: Due to the sheer size of the characters involved in this scene, chances are it won't get finished. However, to prevent it from becoming an enormous post with new replies added until the end of time, the option to comment will be cut off in two weeks (that's 1/17/08).
The proverbial stage was set. Snacks were available for anyone who wanted some (pretzels, popcorn, mixed nuts, cookies, candies, and just about anything else that was marked down in the post-Christmas sale), drinks were available (sodas, coffee, tea, and bottles of water), and there were enough empty spots for everyone to be able to sit. Granted the couch would only hold so many, but Cordelia had brought in extra chairs and placed them around the room to account for the extra people. She'd even included a bassinet for Claire's baby so the new mother would be able to relax with both of her arms free.
Smoothing down the front of her shirt and tucking some hair behind her ear, Cordelia glanced around at the temporarily re-designed lobby. All-in-all, she thought she'd done a pretty good job. If the meeting went on for too long, she'd already decided they'd just order pizza for dinner. Otherwise, though, she was pretty sure she had all of her bases covered. Now she just had to wait for people to start showing up. Which, a quick glance at her watch confirmed, would be any minute now.
At least, they better show up. If there was one thing that at least half of those who now lived in the hotel knew, it was that you did not want to piss off the resident Seer.
