Here's the dealio, kiddios:
My plan for today was to do a little cleaning and catch up on the HUGE list of replies I owe. Unfortunately, my husband decided to play hero, and therefore I had to play sidekick, and now we have a dirty stray cat in the garage in quarantine until we can get her checked out, hopefully in the next couple days.
Which wouldn't be an issue, EXCEPT...
I am running away from home. On Wednesday, I will be starting my annual trip to Dragon*Con to get my geek on. I won't be back until the following Wednesday. So from the 29th through September 5th, I'll be available via e-mail, but I will not have the time to do any replies while I'm there. Frankly, most of the time I'm not out running around, I'm passed out in the room preserving energy. Oh, and just for kicks and giggles? I'm taking Cary and Dawn with me. (For those of you not keeping track, this means that Anubis, Aphrodite, Bast, Enyo, Frigg, Harmonia, Hera, Hermod, Hypnos, Iris, Kratos, Loki, Nergal, Philotes, Pothos, Rosmerta, Sigyn, Vidar, Thoth, Zelos, and Zeus are all out of play for approximately a week.)
I am going to try to get some replies done over the next few days, but I still need to pack and find a way to get the stray into the vet, amongst other things. I apologize for the delay, and hope you'll forgive the tardiness.
And on a final, modly note:
There WILL be a plot chat on the regularly scheduled first Friday of the month. That means plot chat will be Friday, September 7th, 10:30 EST, which makes it 9:30 CST, 8:30 MST, and 7:30 PST. Be online about 10-15 minutes before the start of chat so we can make sure we can get you into the chatroom. And please make sure it's a version of AIM that is compatible with a group chat.
This is the only announcement of plot chat you're going to get, so don't forget!
