Soundtrack Update

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
I've set up a youtube playlist for the soundtrack and it's right here!

It's obviously not complete, as even I haven't added to it just yet. So feel free to reply to this post with your ideas. Remember it's 1-3 songs per character, but feel free to suggest songs for characters you don't play or for the game in general.

If there's a huge cry for a downloadable version then I could probably throw something together.

Yes, folks, it's true. I've killed off Harper Kennedy, but luckily for you, I have another, much worse, character in the works as I type this. So, don't worry, Katy won't be running both sides on her own.

If you've got any questions about who's coming up or anything at all concerning this change, just let me know! I'll happily answer them all.

I'd also like to apologize for being to sporadic when it comes to commenting and posting. School has been hectic, and I'm a Theatre student that's currently in two productions. So -- it's not easy. Thanks for being patient!

Trying something new!

Given that Dave invited most of the reincarnate world out for drunken revelry, a scene of that has the potential to have a large-number character/player count and thus the possibility of having threads go hanging or someone being left out due to OOC time restrictions, BUT I think it has some potential for hilarity (or danger, who knows!), so I'd still like to cover it.

This is why I've suggested to Katy that we might try something called an IC/OOC thread. I've never actually been in a game that did them, only seen them around a few times and thought the idea had merit, so this may not be THE way these are done. This is definitely open to suggestions and whatnot, but for now, I thought we'd keep it pretty simple:

→ Characters can carry out IC interactions within the post, just as you would normally thread. To make it clear that it's IC and not OOC, maybe put something like THREAD or CHARACTER & OPEN in the subject line of the first comment of the sub-thread, then carry out the comment-to-comment RP as usual.

→ For those who would have a character that would participate, but may not have the time/inclination to thread, you can OOCly say what your character would have said and done where. To make it clear that it's OOC and not IC, maybe put something like OOC in the subject line or do whatever you would normally do when typing OOC comments (brackets, etc). It would be something like the following, which was my example to Katy:
other players can say "[At ten p.m., Dick spiked the punchbowl.]" or "(Jane showed up and claimed a corner table for herself to avoid the throng of sweaty bodies.)" or something, and then players can reply to that with the reactions of their characters to the event like "[Bob had three cups of punch before realizing it was spiked and did an impromptu rendition of "We are the Champions".]" or "(Betty joined Jane at the table to discuss Kanye West's VMA rudeness.)".
Now, as specifically pertains to THIS scene, they'll be starting in Indianapolis and essentially bar/club/whatever-hopping among those cities with Agency buildings that have MTN access, which means they could go relatively anywhere (provided no one gets arrested without a passport ;) ) so marking the city the thread/OOC pertains to, somewhere in your subject/comment, would be a good idea as well. As more cities are added in, ICly or OOCly, I'll toss them into the header.

Also, it's not limited to just bars and clubs. If your characters want to play drunken golf in Brazil, jump off the side of a cliff in Hawaii, build haphazard sand castles in Giza or whatever else, add it in! In fact, Dave'll probably join in some of those. XD
