*surprisingly shows up at an awards show his company has been arranging for the past twenty years or so for honouring excellence in medicine, for the first time in his life*
...
*not surprisingly turns the otherwise somber event into a free illegal and controlled substances zone, followed by free flowing booze, loud music and scantily clad women, completely ignoring the old men who are there to get their awards*
*ends up drunk; climbs up to the roof of the extremely posh hotel the event is taking place in and screams to the crowds of people gathered below*
