Just a few things. While tags are getting better, not everyone is hitting their tags. Network and logs count for different points, so please try to keep up with your tags.
There will be a May Day thread. Snow has dresses for you to buy, or you can search for your own. Fairy-type garb or cow-person (cowboys and cowgirl) is acceptable as well. It is the first plot for May, it's a daily plot but still will garner you plot post points. Start adding the plot tag when you do a post regarding any plot (daily, mini or big).
So far this has been a very successful community. It is because of your dedication, thank you so much. If you have plots or suggestions, feel free to share them in the dropbox. Keep up the good work!

| Frozen River Plot |

I apologize if I didn't give enough time for everyone to volunteer. But here is the plot thread. I figure it's best to do it in two's so you can add your character's own twist on it.
The post will be backdated to the 26th. In the Subject Line write in Frozen River Plot. Use Network or thread, depending on your preference.
First post - Snow contacts Grace to ask her to contact her daughter.
Second post - Grace contacts Emma to tell her about the rising water and potential flooding. (Remember to go through Grace to get to the Sherrifs.)
Third post - Emma contacts one of the town's doctors, Tony Stark asking him if he knows of anyone capable of helping out in this crisis. Looking for people of the magical variety.
Fourth post - Tony to Sam to find out who knows the people best to give suggestions for someone to help find these magical people. Sam tells Tony Sookie is the best person to do this because she is a telepath. She always reads everyone when they first get here. She can read every one but Vampires. No discussion of Sookie being a fae.
Fifth post - Tony gets back with Emma telling her about Sookie.
Sixth post - Sookie suggests Marina and Kara to Emma.
Seventh post - (3 person post) Emma contacts Marina and Kara for help.
Eight post - Marina and Kara solve the problem.
Ninth post - Kara calls Tony about Marina passing out.
Ten - Tony takes Marina to the hospital where she recuperates.
Eleven - Emma posts a thank you to Kara and Marina. The rest of the town can chime in.
I think I got everyone who asked to be a part of it. Remember to put your own spin on the suggested thread subject.
I'll start the post tonight.

I had a plot thought. Tomorrow has two plots. I'll post this one and Sookie will post the other one. So you can choose to participate or not.
Anyway, this plot discussion is about the river flooding. Here is the idea so far ...
[In the chat discussion this was brought up: Marina will be willing to do her best to freeze parts of the river to protect things but will let someone in charge know that if she has to do that she will likely be unconscious for two or more days and need to be taken somewhere for rest.]
I know that Kara can change the water to ice, so that's another person to add to the pot list.
Snow White calls for her daughter.
to Grace the secretary.
Grace to Emma the Sheriff.
to Tony Stark the doctor.
Tony calls blank??? asking who is the person in town who knows everyone. Well Sookie cause she can hear what they think. That person Calls Tony gives him the news. Tony calls Emma telling her to talk to Sookie - who knows everyone since they all get a free meal. (Order her fried chicken.)
Sookie suggests Marina and Kara. Then Emma contacts both Marina and Kara.
Marina back to Tony Stark she's passed out.
Who wants in? Answer below with your character name. We can play six degrees of Kevin Bacon.
This would be RPed in groups of two. If you want to do it, and your character's name is listed in the draft plot answer with your character's name.
This is me the player asking.
This can't be done in a day. It would take a few days, depending on the people. Thought you might want to play. Plots can be used on the day theye are suggested, before or after that date.

The good news is we are growing by leaps and bounds! There is no bad news.
Everyone looks like they are in good shape for passing their activity. Speaking of activity thank you to those of you who participated in the Easter plot. The Easter Bunny and all those extra bunnies are gone, except for the local rabbits or any your character wanted to keep. Just keep those bunnies away from Graham.
The Calendarhas daily plots for these last few remaining days in April. From speaking like Shakespeare (tomorrow) to seeing shifters or wolf prints there are still enough ideas to keep you posting if you don't already have an idea. As usual, all plots are optional.

Snowy mod here to remind you to use your tags. We put in tags when you apply, but for some reason, they don't show except to the mod journal. Once one of us posts it for you then it should be accessible. We try to keep up with that when you first post but at times, we do miss them. You may always leave a message in the dropbox for us. Our apologies if this is a problem. We'll try to stay on top of that. For those of you who couldn't use tags yesterday and today, I went through making sure your posts were tagged. Remember to use the network and log tags too. Those are used to help calculate points. We all forget them from time to time. I know I have. But please try.
You have 10 days to get in your one piece of activity. Most of you have your characters in good shape.
Remember Easter is the 21st. With a big Easter Egg Hunt on the grounds outside of City Hall, not on the haunted lands (next to the fairgrounds).
The Easter Bunny plot ends on Earth Day, the 22nd. I hope you'll use that day to use the suggested daily plot and that is to plant something. (For new characters we have a Calendar with plots for every day. As with any plot you are not required to participate.
The 23 is National Talk Like Shakespeare. There is a translator in the Resources part of the calendar.

| Easter Bunny Plot |

Easter in 1867 was celebrated on April 21st. We can't go through Easter without an Easter Bunny plot. (This was inspired by one of our players.)
The Easter Bunny appears on the 14th and leaves on the 21st. At first. the sightings will be sporadic, where you just catch glimpses of him. Your character(s) will start finding candy or spring-colored socks. If you find socks the Easter Bunny doesn't like the way you've acted the previous year, or you've tried to hurt him. With him will be his minions, regular rabbits.
If you kill a rabbit they regenerate splitting into making more bunnies. If you kill the Easter Bunny he comes back madder and may even go after you.
Feel free to add to this plot as you see fit. He is a well-meaning rabbit.
If you capture the Easter Bunny, he will start pooping candy and make horrible bunny screams. You are only allowed to keep him captured for one day until he escapes.

| April Plots (description of plot 1) |

My apologies for not posting this earlier but yesterday was a huge pain day. Thanks ahead of time for your understanding. Also for hitting you with two mod posts today.
You've got a new painting. Either you bought one from the art gallery or you find one at your front door. Paintings from the art gallery are up to 1867. (There is a list of paintings, from that time period in the resources.) Or it can be any painting if it appears at your front door. However, it must be a painting of a house.
While you are alone inspecting your painting you get drawn in. Many are a house of horrors. You have to keep yourself alive. If you can make it through the front door and outside you will be released. The front door doesn't just open for you. You have to find a way. Explore the house in which you now live. There will be food and drink in the fridge in the kitchen. The food and drink is the only thing that won't kill you.
You can find clues in your house in whatever manner you want
Every house is different. Not all of them have to be evil. Those that aren't, seduce you into staying.
You are trapped in the house for at least three days, longer if you choose.
If you stare in the mirror and say the name of a person in another house, you will move to that painting. If you can get a message (how would you do that) to a friend tell them to cut open the door. If the doorway on the painting is tampered with from the outside, not easily opened, but you can escape if you figure out how. If you pass by a window anyone watching will see you.
This plot lasts from the 3rd to the 11th. (Easter is the 21st during this time period.) On the 11th the painting will fall from wherever you hung it and will open the door. You will feel getting small upon your entry and getting large again upon the exit of your painting.
You are only limited by your imagination on this one. Your house can have electricity and running water.

I deleted my last post. It didn't make a lick of sense. I meant to just tell you about the Shindig. Please excuse me, I made a big mistake. But, I was on medication so maybe that's why I did it and just got confused.
Regardless, Elena is having a shindig on the 31st; Surprise! I hope you'll bring your characters.
Characters may wear whatever you want them to, but I thought it would be fun to have everyone dress up for a ball. It was fun for me to look at dresses and chose one based on my muse. I realize not everyone enjoys that. If you don't enjoy searching Google for clothes, please allow them to attend in their regular clothes.
I think this could be a lot of fun. Type a post and tag a muse or two. You know you wanna.

| March Main Plot |

Tomorrow is a big day. First, it's Spring, Happy Spring. It's also National Proposal Day.
More importantly, we are doing a player-suggested plot, from Jean, that I call Forever Young. Inspiration in Song.
As you can probably guess, tomorrow your character will wake-up younger. The age is up to you. Of course, your character can stay his/her current age and deal with the younger ones.
You may choose to revert in age and with memories of your current age, or you may choose to regress your memories to your younger age. You have full autonomy. Enjoy being younger for ten days, it runs from the 20th-30th. You'll turn back just in time for the Shindig at the Mystic Falls Ranch.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day. Remember to wear green so you don't get pinched.
At the Saloon, they are serving green beer. You may choose to turn green by drinking too much and getting sick, or your muse(s) may literally turn green. If so they will wake up safe and sound on the 18th.
A head's up the 20th is not only a new plot (Forever Young) but it is also a mini-plot. It's National Proposal Day - Make plans to propose, or imagine being married with kids. If anyone wants to propose this gives you time to think about how to do it. |

The mini-plot is over. Of course, you can tell your best friend at any time how you feel. You may also use the daily suggested plots at any time. It doesn't have to be on the specified day.
Our next plot starts on the 20th running until the 30th.
On the 31st is a Day plot (Prom) at the Mystic Falls Ranch. I hope this gives you time to pick out something to wear for prom. |

This mini-plot runs from the 13th to the 16th. The title is 'Declare Your Best Friend,' but it's not just about best friends. This is a chance to tell the people your muses have gotten close to that you appreciate their friendship. For example, Diana feels closest to Dean, even though she's started dating Thor. She'll be telling both of them how much she appreciates them.
It's also a time for your character(s) to get to know other muses they haven't had a chance to get to know. Just remember it's all about friendship.
In the middle of the plot, on the 14th is National Write Down Your Story Day - write a story about something that happened in the past. It is a great opportunity for character development to remember something that happened to your character. I'm sure other players will be interested in what you have to say.
From the 20th until the end of the month is our big plot. Thanks to Jean for her suggestion. You'll learn about that on the 19th.

End of Weaving Nightmares Plot.
Today another dream weaver has appeared, a quite generous and thoughtful one. He makes you dream a fairytale dream that undoes what the evil one did.
The plot is over the 27th.
