The mini-plot is over. Of course, you can tell your best friend at any time how you feel. You may also use the daily suggested plots at any time. It doesn't have to be on the specified day.
Our next plot starts on the 20th running until the 30th.
On the 31st is a Day plot (Prom) at the Mystic Falls Ranch. I hope this gives you time to pick out something to wear for prom.
