Summary: after they deal with the case, there's the emotional aftermath to deal with

With so many people on the case, Derek decided to bring everyone at the team center after they returned to go over everything they had found. Garcia had input the picture of their mystery man in the computer and she'd be working to find him.

They were done with the actual case work, but without anyone in charge of White Collar and with Callen gone, it was up to Derek to make sure that people were all right. So after he dismissed everyone, he tried to talk to them individually and hopefully they would talk to each other as well.

"I'm..." She shrugged. "I'll be fine. Peter wasn't on my team but he was nice enough; it's never nice to lose a colleague. It's the civilians I feel bad for - It's not like this is common for them now, is it?"

She nodded, her mind already running over everything she'd need to do once she got back to the house. She'd have to brief everybody and run over the procedures again, make sure everybody knew their place in it. It was something that was mentioned a lot - Kensi was sure she wasn't the only one antsy over not being shot at on a regular basis - but they'd never yet had to enforce it in a real-life situation. That scared her more than a possible attack.

"I'll make sure we're all on high alert. It would be the best time to attack, that's for sure," she agreed. "When Derek's finished up talking to people, I'll mention it to him."

"Good," he said with a small smile. "Yeah, and some of them haven't seen things like this before. It's a bad time to have one's first exposure." He was sure the Morrows weren't phased in the slightest.

"Great, we also need to do something with the people in the hotel. I don't want to have to worry about getting them out of there if we're attacked. I suppose we could put them in an empty house," which would require talking to Hetty. "But they don't know procedures. So maybe best to split them up among our houses?"

"They're going to have to get used to it at some point," Kensi shrugged. "They're ICIS agents now."

"I imagine they'll be split up, yeah, and no empty houses right now. They're not a team and they don't have an escape plan," It was too messy having new people arriving right now and she scowled. "Our house is already pretty damn full but I imagine we'll take Caffrey regardless seeing as he's the one who's dealing with the most. Morgan won't want him far away."

"How many can your house take?" she asked. "Do we need to put more in with the Director and Hetty?"

"Good idea about Neal. I'd imagine the Morrows won't want to be split up, and since your house is full and I'm not putting them in with Sam's kids," he didn't have a death wish, at least not tonight, "although I've no doubt Robert won't have a problem keeping them in line. They can stay at my house. We'll take Eliot too. He'd likely want to be near Parker anyway if there's an impending threat. We still need some place for Hall and Cooper. I don't know how attached they are to each other. But putting Cooper in with someone who he can talk science with wouldn't be a bad idea. It might help keep him calm and focused." He smirked at the thought of Sheldon in the Director's house.

	"If we put him in the Director's house, he can talk tech with John? I know it's not science per se but it might be easier to keep the houses all-male and all-female.
